The hotel is located in a great area, a few walkable blocks from the bustling center but set in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and very clean, although some areas in the annex building were dirty and musty. The service from the housekeeping staff was good. The dining experience offered local dishes but could be improved. The convenience of being within walking distance to various attractions and activities made the location excellent.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, although a bit warm due to the lack of cross ventilation. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and the waterfront, making it easy to explore the town of Bar Harbor. The service was top-notch, and I appreciated being able to stay with my dog in such a central location. The dining options were good, although I wish there were more choices available. Overall, a great value for money with some minor room temperature issues.
